I'm not sure how it works in all the years working iv never had someone do this ..he's been a regular for years and never mentioned this last night on direct chat .. fuming

I have proof and even spoke to him in direct chat last night. I have proof of call and text ..I didn't see the email from aw until last night ...they have taken 20 pounds off my credit and I did the booking. .can u help iv emailed them ...it's not fair when u have done something and this happens
