Is it possible to enable the "Hotspots" feature on my Imlive Account?

I asked them about this feature and was told to speak to my studio. I did send you guys an email with this request a few months ago.
I'm making a little money on the site, but could use the visibility, if possible.

Is there a reason no one will answer this for me? I was told by Imlive to contact my studio. I also sent an email awhile back. It might help me make a bit more on the site if I could bump placement. It's a pretty brutal site in general.
I'd appreciate any info.
