I DON'T UNDERSTAND SM CAN SOMEONE HELP!

Hi there i am new to SM but i don't understand how it works i logged on for the 1st time there was 2 windows 1 was guest chat the other paid chat, if i'm in paid chat can only 1 person see me and can the people in guest chat still see me can someone please explain how it all works please thank u Dani x

In paid chat you have private (really group) and exclusive (one on one). Your guys stay in the free window and a new box pops up above and a sound plays when you get a private/ exclusive request x
