Hi, I have recently switched from ACH DIRECT DEPOSIT to PAYONEER'S DEBIT CARD SERVICE.
I have my card, it is activated, and was told by a PAYONEER customer service representative that when I receive the "GOOD NEWS" emails that I should follow instructions and transfer funds to my card and they will be available in 2 hrs. I waited up to a week on DAILYPAY's end for a reply (that was fine by me!) but assumed all was sorted out. I wake up eager to transfer my funds and I find out none of it was ever switched

I have just received a good news email and it says the money will be credited in my account within 2 business days, just like it used to say, leading me to believe the change of payment method was never applied although I filled out all necessary forms. This is highly frustrating to me as I desperately needed my money to go on my card and had it all figured out, now my money is being sent to my old bank account. I understand the volume of emails and requests ADMIN receives on a daily basis, but my life is practically over. Not saying my problem is more crucial than anyone elses of course! But if ADMIN sees this, it would literally mean the WORLD to me if you could figure it out for me ASAP! I am so scared!

PS: They nearly gave me a heart attack saying the emails I was receiving were fraudulent and never sent by them, so I became frantic and I apologize for multiple inquires. When you are told that the emails are "fake" and "fraudulent" and warned not to give personal info you become scared! 15 minutes later, they called me back apologizing saying that they did indeed send the emails and that it was a misunderstanding on their part. I really apologize, they scared me half to death! You guys have always been so awesome and helpful and I actually recently referred a friend to your service. I have nothing but awesome things to say about DAILYPAY!
