MY PAY WRONG AMOUNT

Hi i have received the wrong amount im short £8.20
on 26/04/2013 i had 11.24 on the 27/04/2013 i had £53.80 and a direct cam special offer (THAT DOES NOT SHOW UP ON THE CREDITS ACTIVITY'S PAGE IVE CHECKED STRAIGHT AFTER)

on the 26/04/2013 i feat myself 25.90 credits total
on the 27/04/2013 i feat myself 6 credits total

my credit balance including my direct cam special offer (13.90) came to a total of 47.80 credits when u take your 59% leaves me with £28.20 youv only deposited £20 please can i have the rest many thanks

Hi, pay is fine, if the member doesnt re-enter to use their credits they will be refunded.

If the credits stay on the account we are able to send them to you, as the session only happened yesterday we wont know for a few days. Refunds have happened up to a week later.

Threads regarding this exist on the AW forum for more info from other service providers who have experienced the same thing.
