Justcamit issues

Been trying to use Justcamit since Wednesday and all I get is an Error - Connection Timed Out message. This happens on both the downloaded version and the web version. my settings are as follows: http://jci.adultwork.com/JCI

my name
password.

Is there anything I am doing wrong? It has been working fine up til this week.

Hi try changing the jci in the url to www.

That seemed to work for me.

My god, thank you so much for your advice on this .. AW has been driving me crazy as I too have not been able to connect. Also, I feel that for a site that makes a decent percentage out of us they are really unhelpful when it comes to things going wrong! Or is that just me being unfair?

This isn't working for me.. I can't even log in now. I've been on for a few hours and anyone that comes into my room gets kicked immediately and the server keeps disconnecting.

No, you're not being unfair, AW have been useless. I've been emailing them since July about these problems and they tell me that I'm the only one.
