Admin I've just sent you a email about going back to bank transfers ,

I've tried the card and its fine paying online for stuff using it but twice now it's declined me getting money out when I have funds there , and after 20 mins on the phone to them I now have to wait to get the money back in my account ( even though it never gave it to me ) .
It wasn't for much thankfully but I can't be doing with using a card that may or may not give me my money .

hey admin i didn't get paid for my work on friday night (on AW) or yesterday (on SM) today. Is there any probs?
Im considering going back to payoneer aswell even though they are a rip off with the exchange rates at least u have control over the transfers... i might even open a separate bank account purely for daily pay....

Hi bsbbw, there appears to be a loan on your account? no funds would have been sent.

When the account manager comes back from holiday I will enquire about us getting control over the transfers. At the moment its abit tricky, we need more members using it for us to qualify but members are cautious about using the card because of the teething problems.

Ahhh i thought it was paid back in installments not all in one go, no worries

Hi, you can pay loans back in installments, have to tell us though default is straight off the balance.

If you did tell us I may have missed the email.

Ah okay misunderstanding on both parts then sorry! Can I change to instalments please if possible that would be a big help. Thanks a lot x

Anyone having an issue logging into the User Portal of Cash Flow? I keep getting an error message since yesterday. Every time i attempt to check my balance.

Tried Chrome and Firefox same thing... It's weird because I have been able to in the past Safari... However nothing works atm ..
