Hi everyone,

I'm trying to track down someone from adultwork admin to help me with a client that spent money in direct cam but less than 3 hours after this happened it was debited back out of my account via manual escrow. I have emailed via the help centre and tweeeted, tried stripperweb to try and get some help as I know contact methods are limited.

If anyone can help it would be very appreciated

Hi, manual escrow is usually a refund/chargeback. You can ask AW for more info on it by contacting them via the help centre.
