Difference in forms is the "I dont have an active Streamate account already " line and how we process it this end.

Hi, you can keep the current account open normally.

In your case you would have to close and re-open an account with us though.

If I have an open account with SM and am getting paid weekly, can I transfer the account to DP or do I have to close it and open a new one. Can you please send me link to form? Let me know what I need to do please.
