payment problems

Ive not received an email notification for a payment and its showing up as a processed cheque. posted 14 th may yet not received.
plus another cheque processed on the same day which ive had an email for notifiying me but that has also not arrived yet a cheque date 27 may has arrived with in 7 days.
I cant submit feedback via help as words corrispont to the help centre.
Who and how can i contact adultwork about this.
Can anyone help. Im so upset.

Hi, on the help centre when it says about matching keywords etc click the bottom right hand button that says submit anyway or something along those lines and the message will be sent to AW.

I would be able to check further for you but we dont have access to your account sorry, you would need to send the password to admin@adultworkwebcammers.co.uk for us to have a look for you.

Do you have any other advise on how I can contact AW. Or How my problem can be resolved.

I have sent an email to payment@aw-systems.co.uk and had no reply. What can I do next as I am self employed and have now lost a months pay due to non delivery of 2 cheques.

I have never seen the email address payment@aw-systems.co.uk before

There is no email address for AW, it should be very easy to submit a ticket via the help centre.
