Hi all, some members may currently be in the wrong section on Streamate.

Streamates rules say only UK, US, CA and AUS members may get the higher rate of 35% (30% on DP). Unfortunately some members may be in this section incorrectly sorry.

For non UK US CA and AUS members the normal Streamate rate is 30% (29% on DP), this can be verified with SM on liz@streamate.com

Streamate will be starting to check accounts to make sure they are in the correct sections. If you believe you arent in the correct section you may close the account or request we close it then re-sign up here http://www.dailypayservice.com/main/ind ... n-or-other

When re-signing up you will need a new username and email address. Clients will soon find you again and you can make small changes to the username, eg add an X to the end of it.

The down time for profiles is expected to be around 24hours and we will be prioritizing this work.

how do we know if were in the right section or not ?

The rate is that from my earnings that i see on my account on streamate? Or there is the rate from DP?

What about our favorites is there a possibilty to transform them. And what about goldshows, a we able to do them or we need to wait till we quality again?

Hi, if you are in the UK, US, CA or AUS you are in the right section already and no need to do anything.

The rate you currently see will be 30% on your earnings page. When in the correct section it will be 29%. We have tried to keep the switch as pain free as possible by only setting DP rate to only 1%.

We can transfer favs, gold shows shouldnt be a problem as its SM asking us to move them so I think they will be willing to accommodate gold shows being turned on on the new accounts.

i really dont get where it says what percent comes off .. im having a major blonde moment ... i worked sat and cant see it ... but on my profile it says im in GB so im ok ??

Hi, no real deadline. SM said they will start the process Monday but as yet havent closed any accounts, but they may at any moment.
