Can anyone help? Rental movie question

Hi all
I uploaded my first rental movie yesterday. Thought I had followed all their guidelines and rules, but it was rejected this morning with the following message:
"Thank you for your recent submission to the Movie Rentals area of AdultWork.com. Unfortunately your movie was rejected for the following reason:
There has been an error with the encoding of this video, please re-upload.
Guidelines about what is and is not acceptable in terms of content, quality, size and duration can be found on the page where you registered the movie."
Does anyone know what this means and what I need to change with the movie? I know re-uploading the same movie after it has been rejected is not permitted but the rejection reason doesn't really tell me to change anything. Or, is it a case that there was just an error with getting it to work on their part and I just need to put it up again exactly the same and hope it works this time? I did originally upload it as a .wmv file which is what they request.
Any help would be appreciated!
