Hi i am a verified member and have had my webcam settings changed so i can not offer this service when i try to change them to allow me to offer web cam it asks for verification but at the bottom it shows in green that all my photos are verified and i show on my profile as a verified member ?

Please can anyone help me xxxx

I have the exact same problem. The only thing I did different today, was put a custom made video in for sale to the client that requested it. I had never done that before. How do we get back in? We are already verified.

I'm having the exact same issue. The only thing I've done today is uploaded some new photos into my private gallery (of me!)

So annoying as I was just about to hop on cam. Any idea why this happened???

I have this same problem, I am fully verified but am being told I cannot offer webcam services unless I send verification documents and then when I attempt to do that it says no files are uploaded?!

If anyone has any answers regarding this matter I'd be grateful, need to get back online ASAP!

In a way I'm kinda glad that it isn't just me, if that makes sense! I thought I'd done something wrong.

I'm gonna send my documents & make a new fan sign pic & hope they approve it quickly xx

Same thing just happened to me! wtf? I was just changing my special offers, saved it then bam, no longer a able to offer webcam!

just had email from AW opologising and my settings have been changed back to normal

so i suggest that anyone who was having same issues submit a help request via the help centre....

I have just re submitted my verification photo & ID, as well as emailing the help centre - thank you Suzy!! Hopefully they respond quickly.

Was I the only one to have a mini panic attack when noticing cam options had been removed?? :p I'm so grateful for this forum! xx

How do I email AW? I tried the help request but it said my topic is already covered (but it's not!). Grrr

There should be a button after that which says 'submit anyway' or something, click that xxx

I think they must be doing a big January crack down on fake profiles or something, which is fair enough... But I don't understand how I could fake being me on webcam??? Strange!

Anyway, don't panic girls & just email the help centre / re upload your documents xxx

Thank god a quick email to AW and it was sorted in under 10 minutes. Is this something they are going to do every January, they messed some of us about last year with this same bull.

Send feedback to the Help Centre and they will fix it for you ladies, look out for an email and keep checking your profile, I have a feeling this is a colossal cock up on AW's part and they will be changing everyone back momentarily. Don't they realise that every time they have a 'system error' or 'upgrade' us girls are losing money!!!

Spoke too soon. They've fixed it, am actually impressed.

Please help, they have disabled my webcam also I have resubmitted my Id's and sent feedback and still haven't heard anything.
Is there anything else I can do to get there attention? X
