No Correspondence :(

Hi Everyone,
I'm new to Daily Pay and joined 2 weeks ago. I had my confirmation email on the 30th about the successful account transfer and I completed my bank transfer detail form the same day. I'm still awaiting any confirmation that my details were okay and I still awaiting first payment. I've tried emailing and whatsapping but have had no responses. I also have called the admin contact number on two separate occasions and spoke with a lovely lady who advised I would get a call back, but still nothing.
Does anyone have any insight into how long I should expect to wait? As i'm new, i'm really not sure of waiting times and would appreciate any insight.
