Missing NF Payment

Good afternoon, I am missing my NF payment that I requested before midnight est. I've tried reaching out on Skype and didn't get a response. It is currently 10:25 am est. Please let me know what is going on.

Why am I not able to get a response? I see that admin is online and has posted but still no response to inquiries here or Skype?

For the skype showing online, its installed on 8/9 remote systems here, if a mouse is moved it says we are online, but staff perform many operations so they arent really online for work on Skype, CS staff do those, when they are online also there may be hundreds of people waiting sorry, skype isnt livehelp, long queue for response times but we do work through them as quickly as possible thanks
