No Payment from Chatrecruit

I am waiting on my payment from Chatrecruit. I have reached out to both companies, and I keep getting the runaround. DPS told me that usually, the process doesn't take this long, so where is my money? Now, it's radio silence, and I haven't heard anything back from them yet. I've never experienced anything like this from a company regarding being paid. My account number is 354459. PLEASE HELP.
