How long to close old SM account?

How long to close old SM account?

I'm super excited to sign up for DP, just waiting for SM to close my old account... I've sent them 2 emails over the past week and have yet to get a response. Does it usually take them a while to close an old account?

The longer I sit here waiting for them the more $$$ I'm losing out on :(

nm, they finally closed my account and I signed up for DP just now :)
