Hi have just sent an email. not sure how the whole system's running with emails and reply times etc so thought it post here too.

Also while I'm here, I'm having problems uploading any pictures and my others have been deleted (by me in the process of uploading new ones) this is leaving my room pretty dead and have had to dramatically reduce my prices for the time being. Do you know if this is something everyone's struggling with?
