Closed previous SM account, waiting for approval - Admin

On Tuesday I got word from SM that my previous account was closed and immediately filled out the provided form to work for you. I sent a new contact ticket but haven't heard back. I just wanted to check in and make sure everything you need was received on your end. Thanks so much! I can't wait to start working again!
