Can't withdraw from pre paid card

Hi is there a limit to what you can take out on this card, as it's not letting me draw out any money, only pay using card machines at the checkout.Â

What ATM are you using? because when i had the card (and the same with Payoneer) i could only use it in the ATM's attached to banks/supermarkets etc in the nearest towns , not the little one's in my village.
