I am looking for advice on best laptops please mine has started dropping out on fps and unspporting my direct cam so I am looking for best laptop with high fps any adbice please

So I have sent pics through what's app was all fine earlier now its started again I have noticed the fps is dropping below 10 and I think that is making it unsupported but then going back up to 17 and then it's fine what could be causing this what is fps and how do I correct it

Need help I set up a new profile and since its been saying direct cam unsupported on and off which is kicking people out once in I am getting no traffic because of it. Its the same internet as I used on my old profile and it was fine it's over 800 kbs

I have asked twice on what's app no response still really dead. When the last group set up my profile I was mega busy now I have set it up hardly anything.
