hello i received an email stating I will get an email from streamate? by any chance which email was it sent through?

also when i click on the " fill out payee details " this message comes up

Hello,
Im Sattine and Im having trouble with the streamate acount that i had with the email sattineferrety@gmail.com and of course in ur studio.

It seems my acount was hacked and deleted bcs i cant restore password, it says that email doenst exist and streamate support is not answering my emails asking for help , do u think u can chek in ur studio acount wha happened with my acount ? Thank you so much for your help
