I've been paid a small amount, have sent skype note about it so I'm not in need of any further assistance or withdrawal from C4S - I know it's a hassle to do so sorry again for asking, please just pay as normal (assuming todays pay was MFC+AW related) as had multiple sales since would be so confusing.
