Deactivated after leaving group

Hi,

I have just left the group several hours ago and upon trying to log into my AW profile I am being told that I have been deactivated, and am unable to reactivate my profile.

I guess this is due to leaving the group. What can I do now please as I have credits in there. I am happy to join the group again until this can be sorted as I do not want to be deactivated permanently.

Ok, I received an email back from AW and they said I need to be part of a group now (whether it be DP or another) to operate on the site, as basically they will think I am a fake profile otherwise.

As such, please could you reinstate me within the group so I do not get deactivated permanently.

Upon sending 2 emails AW have now reactivated me. No need to do anything your end.
