I think it's just a busy day for them I'm usually paid by 11am but not today never mind I'll hang on and see what happens

Hi, bank emailed back, they are doing maintenance at the moment and will keep us updated.

All funds have been sent though so as soon as they are finished funds should be in.

Hi, yes always updating, its usually for security upgrades on their card processor gateway which I believe is linked to the normal banking system so when doing updates on one the other goes down too.

They just said they will keep us updated.

Hi, at the moment around 5 members have mentioned no payment today, so the bank must of went down closer to the end of the processing time today otherwise our inbox would be flooded with messages inquiring about pay being late. It appears at the moment that around 98%+ got processed ok before it went down.

I haven't been paid either. It's not a problem as when these things happen with banks it's simply just a case of waiting until the bank resolves the issue. Just wanted to let you know.
