My credits have bein taken but are not in my bank account??

Hi, replied in other thread, bank maintenance is delaying it sorry but they have been sent.

After submitting the ticket it takes around 24hours before the transfer is processed.

Hi it says that my payment is being processed but it doesn't have my name on the request form for the bank details? and how do I change my transfers to weekly transfer?

Hi, it'll be our name and our bank details. AW pay us 2-3 weeks later and you are paid weekly.

If its an old transfer that should actually be going to you then AW will still payout to you as normal even though our name is on it. If our name wasnt on it you would be paying the extra 20% VAT on it.
