Requested payout for C4S

Hi, sorry to annoy, just wondering when requested payouts will be sent (in my case, C4S, through the form). I only ask because when I sent the form last night, there was a long delay and an error message, so I'm not 100% sure that my request went through. I'm kinda counting on that money so I wanted to make sure. But at the same time I don't want to spam the form. This is for pennyhume. Thanks

Hi, delay was due to the new staff member coming on board, everything slows down abit while training is done and new systems created for them sorry, once done things should move along faster, especially customer service work.
