Hi folks, one query to a thread if possible please, takes longer to desect a long thread.

Nikki, for the first payment from AW, name on transfer changed so you would save the 6% VAT charge but the bank details were still yours, it didnt arrive yesterday as it was a bank holiday (posted on the AW site current status page), for the first pay from us, it takes a little longer to process as only 1 person is able to authorise a first payout, security reasons, this will be getting done shortly.

Will scan rest of messages above to see if anything else has been missed.

Hi, to point out to new members, 48hours for the first payout isnt a long time, its very short if you signup and get payout within 48 hours, we are working to improve timings but we are only able to process a certain amount of queries within a time period.

For the new staff mention, new staff member on board, but things are slow to start as they are being trained, everything can bascally take twice as long, but after training, we would hope its all twice as quick as before.

Hi princessbunnie, numbers checked by staff member, everythign looks ok. Timings are midnight to midnight yes are all numbers are shown here http://www.adultwork.com/CreditsTurnover.asp

Dates checked were 23rd = 31st July. There was a slight overpayment of £0.19 just but nothing else out of the ordinary.

Thank you admin! I apologise, I saw that the name had been changed and jumped to conclusions, I checked the account that AW pay in to and saw the payment had been made this afternoon ... I do apologise! My landlord has been on my back since yesterday for my rent and I was getting a little stressed

Please could you tell me when I'll start to be getting paid daily? I filled out the details on Saturday.

Hi, first pay has been sent. We have sent an email also.

Auto DP will be done by staff starting in the morning for anything over £10 (not to be confused with 10 credits).

I hope you here back soon hunnie, they have contacted me which is a relief as the company I booked the car with told me if I could pay the remaining intime I would loose my booking. Literally got paid not too long after that phonecall

Hi, no one is ignored ever, it just takes time to check and reply to everyones messages. Sometimes the messages coming in is greater than the amount we are able to respond to. But as a new staff member has been employed specifically for customer service work we hope that the feeling of being ignored will soon be a thing of the past, they are in training at the moment.
