Hi there

I know this isn't DP subject, but I have just come back from a few days away and can only log in for phone chat. It says that I need to be verified for webcam, but when I check that, it says that I am already a verified member. Can't log in on AW forum as its not sending me an email with my forgotten password details.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Looks like I have to reverify...I don't know, you go away for a few days, and it's all change!!

Fingers crossed it gets sorted soon, and if anyone else has had the same problem, please let me know if it was resolved successfully.
