incorrect pay, you have taken more than 50%

Hey admin thanks for your hard work over the chritsmas season but yesterday I made 104 and you paid 43??!!?! that means you have taken over 50%. Please can you correct this imediately and repay the difference also ive noticed each day youre taking slightly more than the 36% agreed. please can you tell me why this is?

66% of 104 should be 68, you've only paid 43!!. I'm scared my other payments have been short as well now!

in fact I've just checked since starting daily pay I've made 2623, which after you take off your 36% is 1678, this is after paying the just camit facility fee, I have only been paid in total by you 1571 so you have underpaid me 107 which is a lot of money to me! Please can you repay this imediately and make sure it doesnt happen moving forward. thank you

Hi

If you are on auto dailypay and you are referring to earnings made on direct cam (which I presume you are, as you mention the justcamit fee) then the % that Dailypay deduct is 41% not 36%.

Doing the sums on the amount you say you have earned since you joined DP then this works out about right. Though assuming you didn't have any other expenses yesterday then the 104 credits should have resulted in a payment to you of £61.36 (assuming this was on direct cam and you are on auto dailypay)

73.43 -41% = £43.32.

Hi, some info on bookings. On here https://www.adultwork.com/CreditsTurnover.asp you can see the 35 done on the 30th. This is then paid out on the 31st, eg dailypay. Even though it only shows on the history page on the 31st.
