Incorrect pay

Hello,

I am on Payout on Request and I requested a payment yesterday and today. Yesterday, the amount was for 193.09 credits and today was for 166.30 credits. This is £128.41 for the first day and £110.59 for the second day - a total of £239 after all fees.

The credits have been taken but I have only received £117.29, which isn't even the correct amount for either of the days. Can you please help me with this, as I need the correct money urgently.

Hi, I have now received the £110.59, thank you for this. However, the payment of £117.29 is still incorrect as it should have been £128.41. Can someone help me with this please? Thank you very much.
