Pay on request not working?

I’ve been requesting for my credits to be transferred to my bank account but keep getting a message saying I’m in the negative. I have over 400 credits. Please help xx

Hi, I believe account was in negative, this is unrelated to the amount of credits on the account. I will request admin writes a help article explaining the negative balance on AW.
