That would be great. If you could show me how u work it out cos I'm confused I earnt £65 on sat so x it by 36% to get £41.60 is this wrong???

Hi, yeh that would be incorrect sorry, you have the aw fee there and dp fee but your missing the directchat fee.

I seen the earnings report request come in so will process that in a moment.

Hi, sorry to keep asking but its confusing me! So I have to take off 14% for direct chat? Is that on top of what aw takes cos its already showing as being taken off in credit history??

The turnover page shows all credits earned without any fees coming off, while the history/statement page shows the fees coming off.

As the calculation is done from the turnover page you still need to take off the directchat fee. If you increase your rate even just by a small amount you will notice your directchat fee becoming cheaper.

After payment I will do the earnings report for yesterday and send it to you.

Before you were with us your total fees on the account was 44% which is on the high end.

Edit: no worries will send report for yesterday later as I think some content has been added to the calculation which is subject to 36% only.
