I have requested to leave. Will you take my credits?

Hi,
I requested to leave over 24 hrs ago. No response and still a member. When I requested to leave.. I had no credits. After not seeing anything happen.. I proceeded to work the next day as planned. I have earned credits since.
I was hoping you would not remove these credits after I requested to leave? How does it work? Will you transfer them and send me the funds or just leave them in my AW profile upon removal?

Hi, credits dont get taken no.

We dont have the ability to release your account, only AW business advisor. They may of already done it by now though.
