US site payouts + AW

Hi all, while we transition to our new banking partners sporadic down times in payouts for US/AW sites may occur, we are managing this as best as possible. We do expect operations to return to normal very shortly

We are aware of everyones query into their US/AW payouts and we are working hard behind the scenes to resume service.

Members should work as usual, any payout on request members should submit requests as usual also. We will evaluate each request to determine if we can fulfil it without causing instability to the rest of the members. There is a 90% chance your payment will arrive for ALL sites.

We will post updates here.

Affected systems:
currently no affected systems, everything has returned to normal, except whatsapp, its still over burdened and may take a long time to reply to all messages. Email admin@dailypayservice.com is the fastest method of communication.



Unaffected systems:
AW GBP (auto dp, weeklies and POR) Just a delay due to high volumes but all working ok.

7th Dec Mondays current work:

10:42am: Processing all the earnings into the system for all auto dailypay sites and processing as much out to the banks as possible.
11:27am: NoVATGroup being processed.
12:36am: US requests being processed.
17:01pm: Service overwhelmed with customer service messages, payouts going out extremely slowly due to this.
20:03pm: all auto DP paid out and US POR.

8th Dec Tuesday current work:

9:31am: auto dp payments in progress for all sites.
13:33pm: weeklies in progress

9th Dec: Everything proceeding as normal, delays due to the large workload just and whatsapp is of course still the wild west. Today we will be concentrating on payments again and we believe this to be the final day of delays in payouts. One final push to get past the peak as they say.

I wasn’t aware of this will I get my earnings I worked Tuesday as usual? As I did not receive my money from Monday as usual. I’m very concerned now becusee I have to pay bills tomrow amd was expecting $ today did not get .. if I do not receive my usual Tuesday earnings on Thursday as I should normally get them I will be in a very bad position.

Hi, we now have multiple incoming transfers to the new bank but as its the weekend this can delay things as banks work on "working days".

Any requests for funds are still being processed on a one to one basis.

Hi all, the first post will be getting updated throughout the day. I have instructed staff to concentrate on getting earnings processed and sent over customer service as most customer service will relate to this, we could spend all day replying "Funds will be sent soon" rather than "Funds sent" which is preferable.

Once we have exhausted all means of payouts we will start on the CS work.

Hi, a note, constant messages to CS will delay your payment and other peoples payment by a long time, eg days, CS time is taking up a massive chunk of our time when we could be sending payouts.

When will funds arrive, universal answer is: we do not know at this time, we are working on it as best as possible, the more CS we reply to the longer its going to take.

Customer service work is currently over whelming the service, we are struggling to get any payments out while so many people are bombarding our contact points with messages.

Appreciate you're really busy with this. Still am waiting for my Streamate payment (Tiffany_Rosex) but happy to wait a bit longer. Just wondering how long you're expecting systems to be effected for and when things will return back to normal? And is Adultwork having the same issue?

Hi, attempting to return to normal today, its the volume of whatsapps that are currently holding everything back. Emails, Skype, Twitter etc and around normal now and payments are proceeding fairly normal.
