Hellooo,

I'm having some trouble with my audio device set up options for JustCamIt. I'm not able to adjust my volume in any way because it's grayed out, my mic seems to be working fine with Skype but none of my customers can hear me on JustCamIt, I've tried the web version too but nothing, the volume option is all grayed out?

Hi, greyed out here also. I will ask around to see if anyone has the button not greyed out.

I suspect there may be a different reason clients may not be able to hear you.

Hi, checked with one provider, not greyed out there end. I will continue searching for answer and let you know asap.

Hi, checked with another, 100% should be changeable, the provider even moved it up and down and the volume changed my end.

Hi, he sent across the workaround for us:

"I've seen this for some time now and with the some audio drivers the volume cannot be changed inside of JustCamIt. JustCamIt really only calls the internal audio mixer in Windows 10 so the work around is to manually change the volume via:

Windows Start -> Settings -> System -> Sound -> Input -> Device Properties -> Levels"

If JCI is only calling the level set by Windows then it should be easy enough to increase the mic volume via Windows and to get it working again.

hi guys ,

I've been using AW for a while now and since its been dead I'm trying to make money working on two sites at the same time using justcamit .I've done it before where I've logged into AW on justcamit then opening another window and signing into another website at the same time,and it works for about a minute then both windows just merge into one and then I have 2 windows of cam it singed into AW .It's so frustrating !!! can anyone relate ?

Hi my audio is not working on just camit and I’ve tried every standard suggestion.
I have fibre too.
The grey volume is greyed out and there is no way of changing this and I have gone into device settings etc through the settings .

Hi, I believe the grey volume button may always be greyed out. In the box above, when you talk, do you see the green bar move up and down?

Hi can I download justcamit on iPhone or does it have to be on laptop / computer?

Hi, downloaded JCI has to be on a desktop, but maybe jci lite will work on the iphone, some people have got results www.videochat.tv
