I requested a payout yesterday on skype and then on the payout form when I realised the skype was closed, was wondering when I can expect my payout please?

Hi, if sent in after yesterdays cut off time staff will be picking it up this morning and actioning it for you.

What’s the cut off time for the request form? Just so I’m aware, do you action payout on request forms over the weekend?

Hi, most of the time they are actioned on the weekends, less staff in. There is no cut off time for them as it varies, they are processed twice daily on Weekdays. Less staff on weekend for them as USD sites tend to be sent via USD bank transfer so they wont be arriving until Monday for most members.
