Hi all, some may of got a failed transfer email from AW, when a transfer fails it automatically goes back on the members account. As these credits have already been paid out to the member we'll need to re-transfer them off your account.
There is a fairly long list we'll have to make our way through but should be sorted over the next few days.
When transferring the credits we may have to transfer slightly more to get the transfer to go through, any difference will be sent to your bank.
We expect minimal disruption.

Hi, 99% of the accounts have been fixed now. We either transferred the original values back out or if you were a weekly/had a request in transferred all available as normal then sent the different to you.
