C4S payout request problem

I submitted a C4S payment request on Wednesday but nothing has arrived. I sent my C4S log in details to DP via email (as was requested by DP because I hadn’t used the account much for a couple of years).
Could you look into it please? I’ve tried phoning and sent an email with no response. Thanks
