14th May UK Faster Payments issue

Hi, on the 14th May a small batch of payments were sent, they are currently marked as pending by the bank, we have asked the bank to investigate these payments, at the moment they are looking into them, there is no time frame for a fix but we expect it to be very soon.

Will keep this thread updated as it progresses.
