Need help getting into my C4S

I've sent an email but not heard back yet, theres a hold on my C4S account and to get help from support I need certain info I think I need to get off the studio. Is there an ETA on email replies atm? thanks so much

Ive managed to make some progress with C4S, sent yous an email reply to the original thread
