Payment missed from August 29th

I've sent a couple of emails but haven't had a response so just trying here.

I've not yet received payment for a phone chat booking made on August 29th. It's only around 30 credits but it's not made it to my account yet.

Hi,

I've sent another email this morning but I am not sure what got your attention last time whether it was the email or my post here so I am just trying this again.

The exact same thing has happened again as last time. I received a booking on Sunday for just shy of 30 credits. It was the only thing on my credits statement for that day and it should have been paid yesterday but it didn't get paid.

I received the money I earned yesterday today but no sign of the missing 30 credits.
