Missing NF Payment

I tried reaching out on Whatsapp regarding delayed payments. Last night I requested payment from several accounts but the request page refreshed without me being able to enter all information. Can someone please look into this for me?

I have repeatedly communicated pay discrepancies with exact receipts and still my precise questions have been ignored. Each time I am paid it's more than the 5% fee. I have reached out via email, Skype and Whatsapp. No one ever responds to the question regarding why I'm being shorted?

Yes I've noticed the same thing, all of my NF payments this past month or so have been less than I what I was expecting. They do not add up with Daily Pay's own NF calculator. It would be nice to have an explanation.

The last response I got was very short and it was via Whatsapp. They said all payments are sent USD and they have no control over exchange rates. Okay understood, but if that's the issue why then does it take me having to bring this up in public before getting a response? What I have learned is by me using UK banking credentials I was losing money as they were sending my money in USD.

My money was being converted from gbp to USD and a huge chunk of money was being lost. However SOMEONE was gaining the difference.

BTW I responded to DP on Whatsapp and also my email account. And just to cover all bases I will also reach out on Skype as well because it's never clear if, when or where someone will respond. Thank you and have a great night.

Hi, so earnings from NF are USD. Therefore to pay you, we send the value you are owed USD and the bank exchanges it to your currency GBP. There is no difference between what u earn and what we send. USD takes longer to send than GBP so expect your earnings up to a day later. This may help if you think you haven't been paid. If time has passed and you haven't been paid I suggest contacting our cs staff on WhatsApp.
