Gold Shows & Break Button

Hi. I have emailed twice concerning wanting to be able to do gold shows and get a break button. Hoping someone can help me or if anyone knows how else I can go about doing this. Thanks (:

You need to contact streamate support, not daily pay, for enabling of gold shows and break button. You should get a response from them within 48 hours about it. They usually will not enable gold shows just from asking.. it switches on automatically when you have 5 star rating, use the encoder, and are on consistently.. but you may have better luck than me with asking!
