It says manual escrow was deducted on my statment page, what is this? and how do i contact them?

Also i just had a £100 loan just come into my bank that i applyed for on sunday night but i sent a message saying i no longer needed it on wednesday.

Sent loan before seeing other message sorry. Quite a few hundred emails in between its easily missed Once I seen it I waived the loan fee so its just like an earlypay now.
