ADMIN, Im I on the naughty list
Hello, I want to preface this by saying that I know that you have extremely busy with training new staff and processing new members; not to mention being bombarded with emails on a daily basis but, I sent an email a little over a week ago and another today that didnt get an auto response so, I posted in other services. Just wondering if you don't love me anymore (joking) or if I should use the ticket center instead. At any rate, Thanks

Deeply sorry! I truly from my heart hope I didnt offend you in my thread . You have been nothing but nice and professional, not to mention, be helpful to me. If you find time to replay to my request that would be great but if not and it takes longer thats fine as well. Thanks again so much
