I put in a request to change my payment details with you a few days ago back to Bank transfer, would that be ok please? I just really cant afford for stuff like this to happen when I have rent and bills due next week :( I now have no idea if I've been paid, how much and have no access to any of it :(

Sorry for moaning

xx

I do have a pin yeah but I can't check my balance it comes up with 0. And everytime I take out cash it costs £1.50 and then you get charged £1.50 I think if you get denied for taking out too much. How do I know how much is in there? I cant just keeping taking money out untill it stops letting me because it will cost me a fortune in stupid £1.50 charges :(

I can only check my balance and withdraw money on the ATMs with the visa plus sign . So the ones attached to main supermarkets , banks etc

I can't do anything on the one attached to the coop in my village just like i couldn't with my Payoneer card .

Hi, just spotted this, the £1.50 shouldnt really matter as we over pay you every day, DP only charges you 4.5%. We could charge you the full 6% and cover the £1.50's if you wish though :) oj

Haha I don't really care about the £1.50 to be honest because I hardly ever take out money in cash I usually just use my card. The only thing I was having a little winge over was that because I cant check my balance at a cash machine, or get online because they did something with my bloody account, that if I wanted to take out money I would have to take it out £10 at a time to see how much I had in there and incur a £1.50 charge everytime I do that.....

There is a way to get around the £1.50 charge. Its 0.25p to use the card instore, you can get cashback :)
If you have a local shop maybe you can just try there, if it rejects it then just try a lower amount. Not ideal i know but its an idea xx

Hi, uk bank transfer, ACH, local bank transfer and payoneer payment options are staying open indefinitely.

UK bank transfers are still being processed for today, Payoneer and the rest have been sent already.

Thanks
