Hi, just passing the M section at the moment. As we add more members the time scale of payments goes back naturally. Pay process finishes around 5pm each day at the moment.
We stopped registrations so the timing doesnt go back any further. If you use to say to yourself "I usually get paid by 1-2pm" you can now add another 1-2 hours on top of that time scale, people should no longer expect pay by 12midday-1pm-2pm

Hi admin, so you are at the "m" s does that mean you have passed the "j" s as I havnt received anything as of yet and it's quite a substantial amount .. Hi, theres a couple of phases. First we have to calculate the earnings for members then we send the funds. This is broken down into 6 stages for AW members as theres so many of them Yours was in the next batch from the one I was on at that stage.

Hi all, just a quick note regarding customer service. Quite alot more mail than normal has arrived in over the past 2 days, far greater than I can reply to within good time so you will have to be patient while I work my way through them.

I need to ask a question? Sorry to bother you but I haven't been paid for Adultwork pay Saturday 20th I have the new prepaid card does it just not show up on a sunday or have I just not been paid thanks

Hi, I sent a support ticket 5 days ago and haven't heard back. I know you're busy & I don't mean to pester you, I just thought I'd mention it. You can disregard the numbers in it since they're outdated, but if you could respond to the loan request part, that would be great.

The above is a quote written by the admin himself. So rest assured your pay from Friday through Sunday (if any) will be processed and sent on Mondays. Hope that helps you xHi, im unsure they operate on the weekends sorry. Once we have enough members using the card we will be able to setup a partner account with them like we have with Payoneer and will be able to pay earlier and everyday of the year. Until then we have to go through the office.

I've also sent two emails saying the same thing because I got no auto reply, didn't realise you had stopped them.
Would you be able to have a look at one of them some time in the next few days please? I know you're really busy so if you won't have a chance to read the email would you be able to leave a quick note on here just letting me know so I can make alternative arrangements.
