incorrect location on my profile

I sent an inquiry about this a long time ago, and I never got a response...and I don't understand why. It will not allow me to change my location to U.S.A. on my AW profile. I have always lived in the U.S.A. and have never lived in the U.K., but that's what it's been saying on my profile. Can you fix this, please?
