If I send a email and don't get the auto email back does this mean the email has failed or is it just a case of sometimes your get the auto reply and sometimes you won't x

Hi, we turned the auto reply off few weeks back.

Will be checking as many cs emails as possible after the pay process, taking abit longer today sorry.
